There’s no doubt that Bhupinder Singh’s first love is cricket - being a professional cricketer with the Auckland Aces for six years will do that to you. That said, he’s pretty ace at real estate too.
Growing up in Papatoetoe, Bhupinder now lives in Takanini. He joined the fast growing, fiercely driven team at Ray White Takanini two years ago, adding considerable value with his expert local knowledge and connections. Though the two careers may seem unlikely, Bhupinder says that his time playing representative level sport helped him enter the real estate business; his recognisable profile helping him develop a thriving network of potential opportunities. This is certainly reflected in his performance, he achieved Ray White Executive Status in his first year, and is already closing in on Premier for 2016.
It doesn’t hurt in the least that Bhupinder is also a qualified builder, an enormous advantage for offering trustworthy, credible advice regarding your potential property purchase. His significant contribution coaching children’s cricket, and other charitable work through his temple is also beneficial, both to his community and to his clients. Countless referrals have been sent his way based on his stand up character, and honest, down to earth ‘what you see is what you get’ personality. The same traits which have led him to the decision to stand for election to the Papatoetoe Council Board later this year.
Outside work, in addition to spending time with his wife and young son, it probably won’t surprise you that Bhupinder can be found fulfilling his role as the Senior Coach at the Papatoetoe Cricket Club, or watching a bit of cricket on T.V., though he does admit to loving a bit of rugby on the side too.
