Cassidy is an integral member of the Ray White Takanini and Karaka team, providing operational support that helps keep the business running efficiently. She works closely with the sales, administration, and leadership teams to ensure systems, processes, and day-to-day operations are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Her role includes onboarding and offboarding team members, delivering training across One System and other business platforms, coordinating key office events such as Real Estate of Origin and awards functions, and providing ongoing support across the business. Passionate about creating efficient processes and fostering a positive team environment, Cassidy is always willing to go the extra mile to support both her colleagues and clients. Her proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail make her a valued member of the Ray White team.

Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends, making the most of every opportunity to create lasting memories together. She has a passion for the outdoors and loves taking her dog on adventures, escaping on camping trips, and exploring new destinations whenever she can. Whether it's discovering somewhere new or simply enjoying time in nature, she loves embracing new experiences.
