Courtney Carson is a young woman with outstanding interpersonal skills, an attribute which has fostered success in her career to date. Her finesse with people makes her an exceptional choice as the Office Administrator.

In 2015, Courtney took a customer service and administration role at a South Auckland real estate company. An established interest in interior design and property combined beautifully with her well-organised and outgoing personality. The position was a complex one, requiring superior efficiency and an ability to meet strict deadlines. In addition to marketing and administration duties, Courtney assisted a large sales team with multiple listing, sales and advertising requirements as well as hosting open homes.

Not daunted in the least, Courtney doubled down and obtained her real estate salesperson licence in 2018, expanding her future potential within the industry she loves.

As one of six siblings, Courtney credits her upbringing for her remarkable adaptability; rising to meet the needs of a diverse range of people and shifting circumstances. Remaining family- oriented, she happily admits to being a very “proud Aunty”. It's no surprise that Courtney also loves meeting new people and travelling whenever she has the opportunity.
