Jerald Immanuel

Jerald Immanuel epitomises the new face of real estate with his youthful dynamism, drive, and determination to succeed. Always setting the bar high for himself. He prides himself on the contribution he makes to the customer experience putting the needs of buyers and sellers front and centre of all that he does.

Originally from Singapore and bi-lingual in English and Tamil, Jerald moved to New Zealand with his family and completed his secondary schooling at Auckland Grammar School and Elim Christian College in Botany Downs. After leaving school Jerald studied both computer science and aviation and holds a private pilot's license. He worked in motor vehicle sales and was employed by Centre Group in client care and sales for residential property investment. During Covid he completed his real estate salespersons license and joined and operated under another brand.

Calm under pressure, Jerald is energetic, resilient, and determined to succeed. His background has taught him so much about the challenge of overcoming adversity and moving to new places, making him adaptable with empathy for those dealing with similar challenges. Culturally sensitive and fascinated by what motivates people, Jerald has valuable insight when it comes to reading the room and acting on his instincts during negotiations. He has an analytical mind and is an excellent communicator who understand the visuals and optics necessary to innovativelv market a home in the 21st century.

Philanthropic by nature, Jerald is committed to making a difference and is currently sponsoring several TEAR fund children. In his spare time, he is passionate about MMA, basketball, and playing music.
