Director and Licensee Salesperson
Peter Belcher is a man who likes to win. He is intensely competitive and his capacity for hard work is unsurpassed in an industry where long hours and a total commitment to people’s needs are the norm.
While being a natural achiever who prefers to let results speak for themselves, Peter has year on year since joining Ray White consistently scooped Elite and Premier Performance awards, placed in the top 5% of agents nationally and has carved out a distinguished career.
Realistic and down to earth as ever, Peter sees these accolades as nothing more than the result of old school principles of hard work and integrity leading to a reputation for honesty. His clients love him because they trust him and know he’s a man of his word.
Peter’s real estate experience covers selling premium waterfront properties along Auckland’s blue-ribbon Tamaki Drive, premier lifestyle holdings in South Auckland and more recently, managing sales within new residential community subdivisions.
Four years ago, Peter became co-director of Ray White Takanini with business partner Sue Douglas. In this time, he has managed and mentored a diverse team of agents that have seen the franchise become the area’s top performing business and winning numerous industry and salesperson distinguished achievement awards.
These days Peter leads and is supported by a high energy line up of talented professionals who operate under the new Ray White Karaka banner to offer clients a first-class real estate service.
When not engaged in real estate, Peter can be seen catching snapper on the harbour, following motorsport, attending meetings of his resident’s association and supporting Totara Hospice of which he is an ardent sponsor.
Whether you’re buying, selling, looking to invest or want the low-down on the hot local fishing spots, drop by the office and talk to Peter.
