Ray White Takanini have an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Property Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Property Management Team Leader and Leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth management of properties and to be the main point of call for owners, tenants and contractors.

Some of the duties you will be responsible for will include:

• Onboarding of new properties, tenants, and landlords
• Advertising of properties
• Viewings
• Letting of rental properties
• Tenant induction
• Managing rent arrears
• Inspections
• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Repairs and maintenance
• Insurance
• Contractor management
• Managing compliance and end of tenancy processes

The successful candidate must have the following skills & attributes:

• Previous Property Management industry experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Highly organised
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at any one time
• Team Player
• Proactive, not reactive
• Ability to relate to people from all walks of life
• Excellent record keeping
• Experience using Palace & Tapi is preferred
