We are seeking a customer-focused front of house superstar to help us run the office and assist our sales people and operational administration at our flagship office in Takanini.

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opening in our Reception role. As the first point of contact for our customers and the go-to person for our sales team, you will have a friendly and professional telephone manner and be computer savvy with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.

We need someone who has a good all-around understanding of office procedures, an eye for detail, and experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail (or willingness to learn). Past staff members who have shone in this role have had a hospitality or retail background and been willing to learn the industry specifics. Someone who has worked as a Personal Assistant in real estate looking for a bigger role with great career advancement would thrive. Or perhaps you have administrative experience and are looking for a role closer to home with an easy commute.

Some of your daily tasks will be:

  • Reception duties-phones, emails, customer inquiries and staff inquiries.
  • Processing listings and sales through our CRM system (VaultRE).
  • Preparing and booking marketing material using our inhouse software.
  • Assisting the Operations Team with sales inquiries and operational administration.
  • General office management duties (stationery & grocery orders etc).
  • Setting up meetings, trainings and assisting with auction nights

Full training will be offered to the right person. If you believe you have got what it takes for this fast paced position we would love to hear from you. This is a full time role working 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
